Tom - Co-owner, President of Field Operations, and Lead Technician - has been in the HVAC field since 1982. He is a member of ACCA (Air Conditioning Contractors of America), as well as, ICC (International Code Council). He holds a Universal CFC certification and a Master's License in HVAC.

Eileen - Co-owner and President of Business Operations - has been happily married to Tom since 1987. She is a member of Women in HVACR and holds a certificate in accounting.

John - Lead Technician - holds a Type II CFC certification. He has been in the HVAC field since 2007.

Thomas - Operations Coordinator/Technician- is the oldest Lucas son. He coordinates operations between the field and the office, and also works as a Technician in the field.

Beth - Office Manager - works in the office performing a wide variety of duties such as answering phones, accounts payable and customer service among many others.
